These Terms of Service apply to your use of TheScooterist, including its directory, articles, and submission forms. By using the website, you agree to follow these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, you should not use the website.

Submitting a business listing or an ownership claim also requires an affirmative acknowledgment of these terms in the applicable form. A submission remains subject to review and does not create a business account or guarantee publication.

What TheScooterist provides

TheScooterist is an informational directory of independent scooter, e-bike, mobility, and related businesses, together with articles and practical resources. A directory entry does not establish that TheScooterist owns, operates, certifies, endorses, or is affiliated with a listed business.

Listing details may have been imported from earlier directory records or supplied for review. Names, services, hours, availability, pricing, credentials, and other details can change. Verify important information directly with the relevant business before relying on it.

Contact, corrections, and ownership claims

You may send a message, report an issue, suggest a business, or request ownership review through the available forms. Submissions are subject to moderation. A submitted form does not guarantee publication, a requested correction, a response within a fixed period, or access to manage a business profile.

Ownership claims require appropriate verification and approval. Do not claim to represent a business unless you are authorized to do so.

Information and materials you submit
