Wheel & Sprocket - Franklin

At Wheel & Sprocket in Franklin, riders can choose from electric and conventional bicycles, then return to the same store when maintenance is due. The Ballpark Drive location brings together a cycling showroom, accessories, replacement parts, and an in-store repair counter, making it convenient to handle purchasing and upkeep in one visit.

The service department is described as responsive to everyday problems, including quick diagnostics and warranty-related work. Staff also help customers choose accessories and adjust bike fit, details that can make a new purchase more enjoyable from the first ride. The branch is part of a larger Wisconsin retailer, so shoppers benefit from a broader product network while still dealing with a local team.

For someone looking at an electric bicycle, practical questions about comfort and maintenance matter as much as the model on the sales tag. The Franklin shop offers an opportunity to talk through those choices in person, with mechanics available for the work that follows. Its combination of retail selection and walk-in bicycle service serves commuters, family riders, and recreational cyclists without suggesting that it specializes in motor-scooter repairs.
