Veteran and Community Mobility Center

The Veteran and Community Mobility Center in Burlington emphasizes affordable repair support for power wheelchairs and mobility scooters. Founded by Richard Sundance, the center specializes in keeping power wheelchairs, mobility scooters, and related equipment running through affordable repair work, and it is listed among Skagit County resources for low-cost repairs on power wheelchairs, bed lifts, and scooters. Its Burlington location serves residents across the Mount Vernon-Anacortes metro, including veterans and community members who rely on powered mobility for daily independence.

The center sells power wheelchairs and handles service for equipment that larger dealers may turn away, offering an option for owners facing expensive repairs or replacements.

With a small, service-oriented operation, the center focuses on practical repairs and equipment sales rather than a large retail showroom, filling a niche for affordable power mobility support in Skagit County. The center is listed with local senior-resource programs as a low-cost repair option, and people reach it by text for a return call when equipment needs service.
