Urban E-Rides

Urban E-Rides is a family-run electric-bicycle store at 629 South Apollo Boulevard in Melbourne. Published information identifies owners Ken and Crystal and describes a business focused on pedal-assist bikes for commuting and recreation. Its reported lines include Lectric and Velotric, with examples such as the Lectric XP 4 and Velotric Nomad 2. Customers considering an e-bike can discuss model differences and rider needs with the sales team.

The shop also offers servicing and warranty-related support for the electric bicycles it carries. Replacement parts are associated with those product lines, allowing buyers to ask about help after the initial sale. This is a documented e-bike operation rather than a general gas-scooter dealer. Owners of electric stand-up scooters or unrelated bicycle motor systems should first ask whether the shop accepts their equipment, since published information does not guarantee universal electrical repair capability.

Urban E-Rides operates on a Tuesday-through-Saturday schedule. Published hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday; Sunday and Monday are closed. Contact (321) 615-1328 or urbaneridesllc.com for current electric-bike models, replacement components, warranty procedures, and service booking.
