Twigg Cycles

Twigg Cycles is a longstanding Hagerstown powersports dealership on South Edgewood Drive, associated with the Twigg family since 1931. Its selection spans Honda, Kawasaki, Polaris, Suzuki, Yamaha, and Indian machines, bringing motorcycles, smaller road-going scooters, and off-road vehicles into one sales and service operation. The business is relevant to riders comparing scooters with larger motorcycles.

The original customer accounts include a Suzuki Burgman 650 touring-scooter purchase and describe staff members helping first-time motorcycle buyers understand their options. CJ and Chuck are mentioned for assistance during a new rider's transaction, while Kelby appears in accounts involving parts pricing. Shoppers also describe ordered factory parts arriving promptly and carefully packaged. Experiences have not been universally positive, with some complaints about interactions on the sales floor or at the service counter.

Twigg's technicians are described as having substantial experience, and the service department supports the dealership's wider vehicle range. The shop can be contacted through twiggcycles.com or at 301-739-2773. Scooter owners should confirm that their particular make, maintenance request, or replacement part is handled before scheduling a visit.
