Trek Bicycle Research

Trek Bicycle Research serves north Austin from Research Boulevard, combining an official Trek showroom with a bicycle workshop known for careful assessments. The location is connected to the former Bicycle Sport Shop, and its service team continues to work on bikes from many brands rather than exclusively Trek products.

Customers have mentioned service manager Kelly for providing a candid evaluation of an older Specialized bicycle instead of recommending unnecessary work. Stacey Conley has been recognized for handling walk-in repairs, and Anji Greene for following through on service-plan arrangements. Those examples suggest attention to practical details as well as mechanical competence.

The retail side offers Trek and Bontrager bicycles, including electric models, with accessories and sizing options to help riders put together a suitable setup. The availability of both product advice and workshop service makes the store useful for someone replacing a bike and for someone maintaining one they've owned for years.

The shop is located at 10947 Research Boulevard, serving north Austin riders with full-service bicycle support. Its strongest documented qualities are thoughtful customer communication and service for mixed-brand bicycles, backed by Trek's broader parts and product network.
