Trek Bicycle Odessa

Trek Bicycle Odessa serves riders through bicycle retail and an e-bike service operation on Billy Hext Road. A traveler passing through the area stopped in for information about local mountain biking trails and was directed to Odessa MTB Park. Visitors describe staff as helpful and friendly, including shoppers who bought two bicycles and had their questions answered before the sale.

One account covers a refused service request: the shop declined to install a solid rubber tube on a toddler's bicycle, with staff trying to sell a standard tube and then a new bike instead of completing the job, and the customer would not return for service.

The recorded hours are Monday through Friday 9 AM to 6 PM, not scheduled to open on weekends. Located at 3600 Billy Hext Rd Ste 102, Odessa, TX 79765. Contact number: (432) 552-8422. Specific electric-bicycle models and service appointments can vary, so contacting the store first is useful when planning a visit.
