Trek Bicycle Lamar

Trek Bicycle Lamar carries forward part of Austin's Bicycle Sport Shop history from its South Lamar Boulevard location. Today the store is part of Trek's own retail network, selling Trek and Bontrager bicycles, electric models such as the FX+ 1S, and accessories for different riding styles.

The workshop supports bikes from other manufacturers too. Customers have described quick puncture assistance, helpful repairs, and service that made it easy to keep an existing bicycle in use. Some visits began with a small part or maintenance question and turned into a broader discussion about which kind of bike would better suit the rider.

Alex has been mentioned for providing route suggestions, while test rides and smooth reservation pickups have also contributed to positive experiences. Those are the touches that give a larger brand store some of the personality of the neighborhood shop that preceded it.

At 517 South Lamar Boulevard, the location serves central Austin riders looking for new bicycles or reliable maintenance. It pairs Trek's product range and parts access with a service department accustomed to helping customers keep riding whatever bicycle they already own.
