Trek Bicycle Houston Memorial

Trek Bicycle Houston Memorial serves the Memorial and Spring Branch neighborhoods from Wirt Road, at a storefront formerly part of the Bike Barn chain. The location combines bicycle and e-bike sales with repairs, parts, and ongoing assistance for customers maintaining their equipment.

The service department is central to its customer profile. Riders describe mechanics investigating persistent noises and other problems that had been difficult to resolve elsewhere. Manager Gustavo and technician Alejandro appear in accounts of helpful follow-up, including calls about order readiness and assembly arrangements.

The staff also interacts with local riders outside routine purchases. Weekend group rides connect the shop with local cyclists, while families also describe helpful attention when choosing children's bicycles. Those activities create a connection between the shop and the surrounding cycling community.

Some customers report traveling from as far as Cypress to visit this location. Such experiences suggest the repair department and personal service are important draws, though individual claims about speed and pricing remain customer opinions. For west Houston riders, the Memorial branch offers an established repair counter alongside the Trek product range.
