Trek Bicycle Alamo Heights

Trek Bicycle Alamo Heights has roots in the neighborhood's cycling community through its earlier identity as Bike World Alamo Heights. Today, the Broadway Street store operates as an official Trek retailer, carrying road, city, mountain, and electric bicycles and providing maintenance for bikes from a variety of manufacturers.

Customers have especially appreciated the approachable staff. The buying experience is described as informative without being pushy, with team members helping people understand what they need before deciding on a particular bicycle. The shop's mechanics have also earned praise for thorough work and considerate service.

Some repairs are small but important, such as a brake adjustment or a flat tire that needs attention before the next ride. Accounts of same-day help with those jobs illustrate the practical role the workshop plays for nearby cyclists. Accessories and the wider Trek product selection round out the visit.

Located in central San Antonio, the store serves Alamo Heights, Terrell Hills, Olmos Park, and neighboring communities. It is a place to shop for an electric bike or look after an existing bicycle, with the personal feel customers remember from the location's earlier neighborhood-shop years.
