Trailhead Bicycle Company

Trailhead Bicycle Company is a full-service bike shop at 225 1st Street NE in downtown Cleveland, about 30 miles north of Chattanooga in the heart of the Ocoee region. Owner Charles Nelson runs the shop with a focus on bike sales, fitting, custom builds, and repairs, and the business has operated from this address since 2006 with an A+ BBB rating.

Visitor accounts are largely positive, describing Charles as knowledgeable across bicycles of all types, patient with questions, and willing to do custom work, with several buyers noting he helped them choose the right bike for their riding style. A few accounts mention uneven treatment when friends are present in the shop. The store offers bicycle service and repair, custom fitting, and bike rental.

Though Levy Electric's dealer page lists the shop, it could not confirm current scooter stock, so it is categorized here for its verified parts and accessories business only. The result is a well-regarded local option for bicycle parts, service, and advice in Bradley County.
