The Cycle Path

At The Cycle Path in Cornelius, a bicycle purchase can begin with careful attention to fit rather than a quick choice from the showroom floor. The North Main Street shop sells and services bikes while supporting warranty work and community rides. Its approach appeals to riders who care about comfort, performance, and ongoing mechanical help.

Evan is frequently mentioned for detailed fittings, including choosing the right Specialized Tarmac size. Mark has made an impression through extra assistance, from arranging a loaner bike to making a house call when normal routines were disrupted. These experiences give the shop a personal feel.

The workshop has also handled warranty components through Specialized, completed a crash-related repair on a tight turnaround, and helped customers resolve problems discovered during routine maintenance. In addition to work at the service bench, the staff organize group rides and participate in local trail advocacy around the Charlotte-Mecklenburg area.

Some customers travel across the wider metro to shop here rather than choosing a closer bicycle store. For Cornelius and Lake Norman riders, The Cycle Path offers a mix of knowledgeable fitting, mechanical care, and a connection to the local cycling community. Bike fitting and maintenance remain central to the shop.
