The Bike Hub

The Bike Hub is a locally owned De Pere bicycle business on North Broadway, close to the Fox River Trail. Operated by Scott and Sue Steeno with longtime manager Tom Thompson, it carries conventional bicycles, recumbents, and selected electric models. Brands in available customer accounts include Specialized, Giant, Terratrike, Catrike, and HP Velotechnik, giving riders a range of frame types beyond typical upright bikes.

The repair department identifies e-bike service charges and electronic firmware checks in addition to general bicycle maintenance. Customer accounts describe work on an unusual electric bicycle, a Magnum Peak e-bike spoke replacement, and quick brake assistance. One customer reported a mismatched replacement wheel, so owners should confirm specifications when ordering components. Shop acceptance of a particular motor or software platform should be discussed before scheduling specialized electrical service. Trial rides on nearby routes can also help customers assess comfort and handling.

The Bike Hub is listed at 1025 North Broadway in De Pere, serving the greater Green Bay cycling area. It lists weekday and Saturday opening. Thebikehubonline.com provides contact information for asking about repairs, recumbent availability, and current electric-bike inventory.
