Syd's Cycles

Syd's Cycles at 12020 50th Street North in Clearwater is a Ducati-focused shop whose directory listings point to a 1970 start, giving it one of the longer runs among Tampa-area specialty dealers.

Visitor notes on the branch listing consistently center on the brand: one recent note says nobody knows Ducati better, another describes the shop as superior for Ducati sales, service, and machining, and a third notes a family connection going back to racing days.

The business's own materials emphasize an in-house machine shop producing high-performance parts alongside engine rebuilding, electronic ignitions, and fiberglass bodywork, positioning it as a technical specialist rather than a volume showroom.

Sales, service, parts, and accessories all run through the Clearwater address, with listed hours Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and a listed phone line for service and parts inquiries. For Ducati owners in the Tampa Bay area, it functions as both dealership and machine shop.
