Sound Bikes & Kayaks

Sound Bikes & Kayaks is a multi-sport outfitter on East Front Street in downtown Port Angeles. Along with kayaks, skiing equipment, and climbing gear, its cycling department sells and supports bicycles from Specialized. Electric-assist choices include the Turbo Levo line, giving riders access to a traditional bicycle shop with experience in the models it represents.

The store's team discusses bike fit, components, and local riding options, while its service bench handles tune-ups, mechanical repairs, and warranty matters for supported electric bicycles. Beyond bikes, the business stocks sea and recreational kayaks and offers winter-oriented services such as ski tuning, binding installation, and climbing-skin preparation. It also helps visitors find outdoor supplies for trips around the Olympic Peninsula.

Customer comments highlight knowledgeable assistance with unusual parts requests and practical local advice about travel logistics. A convenient downtown address and nearby public parking make the store accessible for short errands or longer equipment discussions. Electric-bike owners should confirm whether their particular system is supported before scheduling repairs. The shop's documented electric-mobility role is specialized bicycle sales and service, not gas-scooter work.
