Sensible Cyclery

Sensible Cyclery is a Chico, California bicycle shop associated with Caminar, a nonprofit organization that provides community and mental-health services. From its Esplanade location, the shop sells used and refurbished bicycles and offers repair work. Electric scooters from the Levy Original and Plus lines also appear in the business’s dealer information, alongside its cycling activities.

Customers looking for a lower-cost bicycle may find rebuilt or custom-assembled choices, while owners can seek help with mechanical issues. One account describes staff showing a rider how to resolve a tire installation problem without insisting on an unnecessary purchase. The shop’s recycling and repair approach sets it apart from stores focused mainly on new equipment. People interested in Levy scooters should verify that stock is actually available and ask whether the shop supports electrical repairs or only retail ordering.

Sensible Cyclery is listed at 2505 Esplanade in Chico, with telephone (530) 636-4509. Its business information appears through Caminar rather than a conventional standalone retail website. Confirm current weekday hours, any Saturday schedule, and the available bicycles or scooter models before visiting.
