REI - Troy

REI's Troy store on East Big Beaver Road combines the co-op's outdoor equipment selection with a bicycle department and workshop. Alongside camping, hiking, and other recreational products, shoppers can explore bicycles, cycling accessories, and the REI Co-op Cycles house brand.

The bike department offers setup, tune-ups, repairs, and maintenance assistance. Customer accounts mention helpful service and a well-organized store, with particular praise for the bicycle workshop. Riders looking for parts or support for a bike they already own may find the repair counter useful even when they are not shopping for a new model.

REI's co-op structure and membership benefits also form part of the broader shopping experience, though individual policy details belong in the company's current published terms. The original description notes that technicians can order components for house-brand bikes when items are not available locally.

For Troy cyclists, the store combines a wide outdoor retail selection with practical bicycle service. The source supports bike and cycling equipment work, but does not establish dedicated electric-scooter or mobility-scooter repair capabilities.
