REI Bike Shop

The REI Bike Shop in Brentwood gives riders access to bicycle repairs inside the larger REI store at 261 Franklin Road. Rather than operating as a separate scooter dealership, this workshop concentrates on bicycles, including electric-assist models, with services for customers who ride on roads, trails, or around town.

Technicians work on mountain, road, gravel, hybrid, and e-bikes. The service menu includes tune-ups, derailleur installations, and adjustments for more complex bikes such as full-suspension mountain models. That breadth makes the shop useful for families with different bicycles or riders who want professional help before a season of regular use.

Visitors have described practical, patient advice as well as quick workshop turnaround. Joe, for example, walked a shopper through Cannondale Trail 6 options, explaining tire sizes and the differences between trail and road use before checking the bike ahead of purchase. Another customer reported that five broken bikes were repaired surprisingly quickly. For Brentwood-area cyclists, the shop combines the equipment selection of an outdoor retailer with access to technicians who handle both conventional and electric bicycles.
