Phat Tire Bike Shop

Phat Tire Bike Shop combines retail advice and workshop service at its Ellis Street location in Fort Smith. The store sells bicycles for different ages and riding styles, including Townie electric models and mountain bikes for younger riders. It also helps customers locate specific bikes through special orders when their preferred option is not on the floor.

Fitting and component discussions are a notable part of the service. Josh has helped buyers compare electric bikes, Tad has assisted with orders and getting bikes properly set up, and Ike has offered guidance on upgrades. Mechanics handle maintenance, adjustments, and installations, although customers should discuss complex work and expectations carefully before authorizing it. The shop has experience with both everyday bicycles and electric models, without presenting itself as a gas-scooter specialist.

The business is located at 7402 Ellis Street, Unit 2, in Fort Smith. Families choosing a correctly sized bicycle and owners looking for service can use the same storefront, with staff accustomed to questions that go beyond the price tag.
