Orbit City eBikes

Orbit City eBikes in Clintonville specializes in electric bicycles and trikes, giving Columbus-area riders a place to explore more than the usual two-wheel commuter models. The Indianola Avenue business has spent years developing an e-bike-focused selection, including Gazelle, Cube, Benno, and Urban Arrow bicycles.

Electric trikes are another distinctive part of the range, with models such as the Troxus Lynx T-Rike and Velotric Triker offering alternatives for riders who prefer three wheels. The shop makes a substantial fleet available for free test rides, allowing shoppers to experience different riding positions and motor assistance before choosing.

Service and repair are core parts of the business. Customers have described practical help with tire problems, thoughtful explanations, and guidance tailored to physical needs or changing riding abilities. Tom has been recognized for helping a customer find an electric bike that made cycling enjoyable again after health-related obstacles.

Electric trikes, cargo bikes, and conventional e-bikes can feel very different on the road. Orbit City’s test-ride fleet helps shoppers experience those differences with guidance from people familiar with the products.
