Numotion

Numotion's Madison operation at 6460 Ronald Reagan Avenue specializes in medically oriented mobility and rehabilitation technology. Its products include power wheelchairs, mobility scooters, and more complex equipment for customers with individual accessibility requirements. Unlike a recreational e-scooter dealer, this branch works within a clinical equipment process that can involve physicians, therapists, and insurance providers. Assessments help determine what equipment and configurations are appropriate for the person receiving it.

The local team coordinates evaluations, equipment deliveries, and follow-up maintenance. Repairs and replacement parts can be arranged for supported power chairs and scooters, with warranty services available on eligible devices. The branch can also assist with seating evaluations where a wheelchair requires a more customized setup. Funding paperwork is another part of the process for qualifying orders, though insurance approval depends on the patient's circumstances and plan.

The Madison office is on the city's east side and has parking suitable for loading mobility equipment. Its listed weekday hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with no weekend schedule given. Call (608) 405-8800 or visit numotion.com to begin an inquiry, confirm repair eligibility, or arrange an appointment.
