Numotion - Kennewick

Numotion's Kennewick branch provides specialized power mobility and rehabilitation equipment for customers across the Tri-Cities. The operation works with powered wheelchairs, seating adjustments, and associated service needs rather than recreational scooters. Its national network supports products used for everyday mobility, with local technicians handling follow-up care on equipment requiring individual configuration.

The supplied customer accounts describe technician Daniil making careful home visits and adjusting equipment under warranty. Other accounts raise significant concerns about delayed appointments, repeated malfunctions, and incomplete service records. Customers may therefore benefit from keeping written notes of reported problems, warranty coverage, and the expected next step. Available accounts describe both positive individual repair interactions and difficulties with scheduling, but it does not justify guaranteeing prompt service or a uniform experience. Device owners should provide serial numbers and specific fault descriptions when arranging assistance.

The branch is listed on West Hood Place in Kennewick and serves patients in Richland, Pasco, and surrounding communities. Prospective customers can contact Numotion about new equipment evaluations, warranty work, parts, and appointment availability. Medical mobility scooter support should be verified for the particular model involved.
