Numotion

Numotion's Jeffersontown branch provides mobility equipment for people whose transportation and daily independence depend on the right fit. Based on Bluegrass Parkway, the Louisville-area location supplies mobility scooters, power wheelchairs, and complex rehabilitation equipment, working with customers whose requirements can go well beyond choosing a standard product from a showroom.

The branch supports equipment setup and adjustments and helps families navigate the paperwork involved in obtaining a suitable chair. Customers have singled out field technician Dereke for patient explanations during an in-home wheelchair repair and for fixing the problem without suggesting unnecessary work. Cindy has also been recognized for making the insurance and wheelchair-ordering process easier to understand for a customer's mother. These examples reflect the importance of clear communication when mobility equipment is essential to daily life.

Numotion's work is centered on assistive mobility rather than recreational scooters. Its equipment selection includes powered mobility products, while the documented repair activity at this branch concerns wheelchairs and complex-rehab equipment. Customers seeking a scooter or related mobility accessories can explore the branch's product offering, with specialized support available for seating, adjustments, and the equipment-provision process.
