Northlakes Electric Bikes

Northlakes Electric Bikes serves the Paul Bunyan Trail area with Rambo e-bike rentals and Levy electric kick scooters. The store sells and rents Rambo fat-tire electric bikes, which arrive fully charged and ready for trail rides toward Walker, and stocks Levy original and Levy Plus electric kick-scooters.

Owner Bill handles rentals and sales directly, walking new riders through throttle and pedal-assist controls before they head out, such as families and groups visiting for events such as bachelorette weekends. Sunday rentals are available by appointment. The operation focuses on making motorized trail riding accessible to riders of all ages, with bikes suited to packed trail surfaces and surrounding terrain.

Its location sits steps from Rendezvous Brewery and the trailhead, letting visitors combine a ride with lunch or live music nearby. Scheduled hours run Monday through Friday, and weekend visits should be arranged in advance. Rental customers describe the bikes as ready to ride on pickup, with enough charge to cover roughly thirty miles of trail.
