Northern Bicycles

Northern Bicycles carries Velotric e-bikes and conventional cycles in Massena, with repairs, fittings, test rides, and rentals. The store sells road, mountain, fitness, hybrid, and kids' bikes — such as electric bikes — with an in-store lineup from brands such as Trek, KHS, and Salsa, and operates as a local dealer for Velotric e-bikes, with test rides and demo days offered on folding and comfort models.

Services include bike repair, bike fitting, and suspension work, plus bike rentals, and the shop offers after-hours pickup and delivery within roughly fifteen miles for an additional fee. The storefront reopened in late June 2026 after a difficult year, with the owners describing 2026 as a rebuilding year and bigger plans ahead for 2027.

Hours run Tuesday through Friday with a shorter Saturday and the shop closed Sunday and Monday. For North Country cyclists and e-bike shoppers near the Canadian border, it offers sales, service, and fitting under one roof.
