Neptune Cyclery

Neptune Cyclery is a Tarpon Springs bicycle shop pairing conventional retail and repair work with access to local trail rentals. Comments about the storefront split. Positive descriptions cover bicycle purchases, help fitting a growing child to the right size, and work restoring heavily used bikes to good condition.

Alongside those, several descriptions allege rude interactions, disputes over warranty handling, and refusals to work on some e-bikes, so the storefront's record includes recurring dissent about service tone and e-bike policy.

That mix means expectations vary: the shop clearly handles standard sales, sizing, and repair work for many visitors, while a minority of published descriptions report confrontational experiences or frustration when warranty or e-bike service questions arise.

Trail riders passing through Tarpon Springs find rentals and repair at a convenient address, and buyers get a full accessory line to outfit a purchase, with the caveat that service interactions have drawn criticism in some published descriptions.
