MobilityWorks — Villa Park

MobilityWorks in Villa Park specializes in wheelchair-accessible vehicles and the services that help families use them comfortably. Customers describe buying adapted vans, arranging financing, maintaining accessibility equipment, and installing or repairing vehicle controls and ramps. The business serves both new buyers and owners returning for ongoing service.

Sales experiences feature Sean, Neal, Adam, and finance manager Justin Scott. One customer describes purchasing a second accessible van after a relationship spanning ten years, while another recalls staff working through financing choices to find an affordable option. The individual names give those accounts a personal dimension, but terms and availability can vary.

The workshop side includes maintenance checks, hand-control installation, and troubleshooting ramp equipment. Eli and Martin are mentioned for careful inspections, while Ramiro appears in a hand-control installation account. Another customer credits manager Mike with identifying a ramp problem.

Service coordination extends to scheduling, trade-ins, and questions about other accessibility products. The branch is primarily an accessible-vehicle specialist.
