MobilityWorks – Tea

MobilityWorks operates a Tea, South Dakota, location at 200 East 1st Street, serving the Sioux Falls area's wheelchair-accessible vehicle and mobility equipment needs. The branch was formerly known as IMED Mobility, and both names appear in customer accounts and directory listings for the same address. When a miscommunication threatened a missed doctor appointment, Brody and the staff quickly found a rental van, saving the day.

The staff offer helpful advice for buying used disability vehicles or maintaining existing ones. An April 2023 ramp failure was fixed within the hour after the shop rearranged its schedule, and a December 2022 wheelchair lift issue was taken in first thing Monday morning after a cancellation opened a slot. A February 2024 visit was fast, friendly, and efficient.
