MobilityWorks — Niles

MobilityWorks in Niles provides sales, rentals, and service for wheelchair-accessible vehicles. Its work includes helping buyers find suitable converted vans, arranging rental vehicles, and maintaining equipment such as transfer seats, ramps, and accessible door systems. Customers describe practical questions about comfort, vehicle fit, and affordability shaping their choices.

Consultant Josef appears in an account of locating a vehicle from the wider network within a buyer's budget. In another, manager Sean and salesman Jeff went to a customer's home so a wheelchair user could check how well he fit inside a prospective vehicle before completing the purchase.

The service team is also prominent. Anthony and technician Jesse are named in an individual account of urgent transfer-seat help, while Colin is credited with explaining a Highlander II issue. Connie Crayton is described as helping a parent and child feel comfortable during service. These examples concern specific customer visits, not guaranteed same-day availability.

Rental experiences include an adapted Toyota Sienna with a BraunAbility conversion. The branch's central offering is accessible transportation and the related sales, rental, and workshop support that customers need over time.
