Mobility Plus

Mobility Plus brings a broad selection of home-accessibility and personal-mobility equipment to Louisville's eastern suburbs. The locally owned business moved from Crestwood into a larger, more accessible showroom on Shelbyville Road in 2026, creating additional space for customers to compare products and see how they work before choosing one.

Its offerings include mobility scooters, power wheelchairs, lift chairs, stair lifts, ramps, hospital beds, and bathroom safety equipment. Visitors can discuss their needs during a personalized consultation and try equipment in the showroom. Mobility Plus also provides rentals, servicing, delivery, setup, and installation, which can make a difference when a product is needed immediately or must work within a particular home layout.

The business works with seniors, veterans, caregivers, and people recovering from an injury or surgery, but the focus is on the practical needs of each customer rather than a single type of user. A mobility scooter may be one part of a larger plan that includes safe access at home or additional support equipment. With a demonstration space and continuing service available, Mobility Plus combines product selection with help putting equipment into everyday use.
