Mobility City of New Orleans

Mobility City of New Orleans serves the metro area from a Metairie showroom on Severn Avenue, with mobility scooters, wheelchairs, and related equipment available for sale or rental. The business also repairs mobility devices, including scooters from different brands, and provides delivery and pickup services that can be especially helpful when transporting the equipment yourself would be difficult.

The rental program supports residents and visitors who need a scooter for a limited time. Customers have described having equipment delivered to a hotel before check-in and collected afterward, allowing them to use a scooter throughout a trip without arranging separate transport. Staff have been noted for patient explanations, professional handling of questions, and kindness during equipment selection and service.

Mobility City also offers white-glove delivery, equipment cleaning, and maintenance checks, bringing together day-to-day convenience and technical support. For someone planning an extended outing, arranging temporary mobility, or caring for a scooter that needs repair, the Metairie location provides several ways to keep moving. Its focus is on personal mobility equipment rather than recreational motor scooters, with practical services extending beyond the showroom.
