MOAB Bicycle Shop

MOAB Bicycle Shop's Franklin location, at 1113 Murfreesboro Road, has a strong connection to riders who want something more personal than choosing a bicycle off a rack. The store handles custom builds, bike fitting, accessories, and ongoing mechanical work, while also serving families and everyday commuters.

A distinctive example is a Crux DSW gravel bike built by Jeremy and Mark with a Zipp wheelset, which its owner described enthusiastically after delivery. Another customer bought a mountain bike and appreciated the team's patient help working through factory warranty problems. Those experiences show the shop's ability to support purchases that involve more than a simple checkout transaction.

The selection includes hybrid and commuter bikes, components, helmets, apparel, and car racks, with staff available to discuss fitting and setup. Some riders have questioned the consistency of workshop quality, so experiences have not been identical. The Franklin branch nonetheless offers a wide range of bicycle services, from outfitting a new family ride to assembling a custom performance build and helping its owner maintain it.
