Keystone State Cycles

Keystone State Cycles is an independently operated, female-owned motorcycle repair shop in Philadelphia associated with owners Herb and Denise. Customers describe a small-workshop atmosphere where mechanical work is explained and there is less pressure to purchase services beyond what a machine needs.

The shop handles tires, tune-ups, engine work, oil changes, modifications, and accessories such as crash bars. The shop also performs Pennsylvania state inspections according to its business information. Scooters appear in the business’s broader two-wheeled work, though motorcycles form the clearer core of its specialty.

Visitors recount conversations with the owners about repairs, parts, and progress while a job is underway. Those accounts give the operation a personal character different from a large dealer service department. Pricing and service impressions remain customer-reported experiences rather than fixed guarantees for every visit.

Keystone State Cycles operates from South 25th Street in Philadelphia. The current South 25th Street location is distinct from an older Emily Street address associated with the business. Its combination of state inspections and hands-on motorcycle service makes it a useful specialist to distinguish from both scooter-only repair shops and general dealers.
