Jenson USA – Riverside

The Riverside location of Jenson USA offers a place for cyclists to collect online orders, discuss parts compatibility, and arrange bicycle repairs. That local counter connects online product selection with in-person help and workshop support.

Customers describe helpful, knowledgeable guidance on parts, gear and bike selection, with staff willing to explain compatibility and options for upgrades and repairs. The will-call and pickup counter makes it convenient for online orders, and warranty assistance plus follow-up communication come up in what people share about the in-store experience.

The service department handles assembly, maintenance and repairs for bikes bought here and elsewhere. While occasional fulfillment delays are mentioned in connection with the broader operation, the Riverside storefront itself is valued as a place to talk through a build, get hands-on help and leave with the right part.

For Riverside, Moreno Valley and Jurupa Valley riders, this location offers the Jenson USA catalog with a local team that supports the sale after it happens.
