Grizzly Cycles

Grizzly Cycles is an independent Bakersfield bicycle shop founded in 2017 by Kevin and Priscilla. From its Alta Vista Drive storefront, the husband-and-wife team sells bicycles, replacement parts, and cycling equipment including helmets, apparel, and accessories.

Electric-bike service is considered by the shop, but not as an unrestricted promise for every model. The business states that e-bike work is assessed case by case and asks customers to call ahead before booking. That is an important distinction for owners of bikes with uncommon motors or proprietary electrical systems: a conversation about the machine should come before a visit.

The store also appears in Levy Electric's local partner information, although that association alone does not establish repairs for every electric scooter. Grizzly maintains a detailed weekly schedule with midday breaks on several days and a shorter Saturday opening. Its Alta Vista location serves east-central Bakersfield riders who want a smaller neighborhood cycling business for parts, bicycles, and suitable repair work.
