Electro Rides

Electro Rides is a downtown Cincinnati shop where electric scooters and e-bikes receive equal attention. The West Seventh Street storefront sells new and used electric rides and operates a repair bench with common parts on hand. Its own warranty applies to the machines it sells, including used scooters, giving customers a local service connection after purchase.

The team has handled everything from a Kaabo Mantis 8 diagnosis to routine brake and tire work. In one brake-service visit, technicians decided that a hydraulic bleed wasn't needed and charged for the smaller job instead. Another customer describes a tire repair finished in minutes without a fee.

First-time riders also receive help learning about their vehicles. A new scooter buyer recalls a relaxed introduction to the controls and options, while a parent appreciated the attention paid to a child's Yozma e-bike and its safety setup. Financing through Affirm is among the purchase options advertised by the business.

Not every service experience has been quick; one slow tire leak required repeated visits, and later opening hours can be inconvenient. Still, Electro Rides stands out as a genuinely scooter-focused Cincinnati store that handles both purchases and hands-on electrical and mechanical repairs.
