E-Rides

E-Rides is a Louisville electric-bike specialist with a storefront on Frankfort Avenue and a workshop equipped for more than basic tune-ups. The shop sells and rents e-bikes while providing repairs to the electrical and mechanical systems that keep them moving. Its selection includes Velotric, Rad, Lectric, Aventon, Qualisports, and Himiway models for commuting and recreational riding.

For owners troubleshooting a bike, the service bench can diagnose and replace controllers, displays, and hub motors. The team also handles work such as wheel re-spoking, making it useful when a repair involves both electrical components and conventional bicycle mechanics. Customers purchasing from the shop have a nearby place to return for maintenance as well.

Rentals offer another way to explore electric cycling, particularly for someone who wants to feel how a bike performs before choosing a model. E-Rides also operates a location in Bellevue, Kentucky, across the river from Cincinnati. At its Louisville shop, the combination of varied e-bike brands, rental options, and component-level repair work makes the business a resource for riders at different stages of ownership.
