CyclePaths Bike Shop

CyclePaths Bike Shop supports Truckee mountain bikers with Class 1 e-MTB options, suspension service, demos, and guided trail activities. The service bench specializes in suspension rebuilds and repairs, stocking parts from Fox, SRAM and Shimano and accessories from Troy Lee Design and Smith.

Staff members Dean and Greg are known for diagnosing tricky mechanical problems quickly, such as a headset repair completed in about 25 minutes that had stumped other shops. The store also handles rentals and demos, maintains a shuttle service to the Tahoe Rim Trail, and organizes group rides and a ladies' night. Bikes ordered by phone ship across the country with tracking photos provided.

Test rides are available on the surrounding Truckee trails. The store sits next to a popular deli and is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, closed Wednesdays and Sundays. For visitors bringing their own bike or renting locally, checking equipment availability and any booking requirements before arrival can prevent surprises.
