Custom E-bikes and Repairs

Custom E-bikes and Repairs is a Long Beach workshop specializing in the electrical side of electric-bicycle service. Its Elm Avenue location is associated with battery, controller, and capacitor diagnosis and repairs, the types of problems that can be difficult for a general bicycle shop to handle.

Technician Will is mentioned in customer accounts for an engineering background and an ability to explain electrical faults. Riders describe bringing in machines with battery or controller problems and receiving practical diagnostic help. Those technical areas give the shop a more specialized identity than a counter focused only on tire changes.

Customers also describe continuing support after a repair. One account involves a battery controller that required follow-up attention before the problem was resolved, illustrating how electrical troubleshooting can involve more than one visit. Other service experiences have been disputed, so the original accounts should not be converted into a blanket turnaround or pricing promise.

For Long Beach e-bike riders facing electrical failures, Custom E-bikes and Repairs offers a locally described focus on powered components. Its battery and controller experience stands out among businesses providing only conventional bicycle maintenance.
