Conte's Bike Shop - Richmond

Conte's Bike Shop has a prominent Richmond presence in the Short Pump area, combining a substantial bicycle selection with professional fitting and workshop service. The family-owned business dates to 1957, and its Richmond location moved into a larger West Broad Marketplace space in 2026. Electric bicycles have become an important part of the shop's business, with brands such as Specialized, Giant, Liv, Cannondale, Electra, BMC, and Stromer represented.

The service department works on bicycles from different manufacturers, including suspension repairs and regular maintenance. Professional fittings help riders improve comfort and position, with Stefan mentioned for thoughtful, pain-conscious adjustments. Will and Trevor are other names associated with attentive assistance at the store. Trade-ins provide another route to upgrading equipment, while group rides connect customers who enjoy spending time on the road or local paths together.

The Richmond branch blends the resources of an established multi-store cycling company with a local community presence. Its electric-bike selection appeals to commuters and recreational riders alike, and the fitting studio adds value for anyone trying to ride more comfortably. Conte's offers sales, workshop expertise, and organized cycling activity from one Short Pump location.
