Compass Bike Lab

com. The lab-format shop focuses on hands-on repair and maintenance, giving Chippewa Valley cyclists a dedicated service option for tune-ups, drivetrain work, and mechanical overhauls. Its limited public hours reflect a working-shop model: Monday and Wednesday 4 PM to 7 PM and Sunday 1 PM to 5 PM, closed Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Electric-bike service is not explicitly documented in the shop's public materials, so e-bike owners should confirm the mechanics can handle their drive systems before dropping off a bike.

The Brackett Avenue location sits in a light-commercial pocket of Eau Claire's south side. As a repair-centered operation rather than a full retail showroom, the lab suits riders who already own their bikes and need competent wrenching. Walk-in customers are welcome during posted hours, and the evening and Sunday schedule suits riders who work standard weekday shifts.
