Bischoff's Medical & Mobility

Bischoff's Medical & Mobility is a family-owned San Jose store devoted to helping people navigate mobility challenges at home and beyond. From its North Bascom Avenue location, the business sells, rents, and services equipment ranging from scooters and wheelchairs to stair lifts, chair lifts, and wheelchair ramps.

The company's accessibility work reaches across Silicon Valley, with a particular specialty in Bruno stairlift products and licensed installation services. Customers can also find home-care items such as hospital beds, mattresses, and bed rails. Delivery and setup support make the offering useful for families who need equipment installed or adjusted, rather than simply picked up in a box.

Elaine and Pam have been praised for patient, knowledgeable assistance, while delivery driver Alex is remembered for prompt service and helpful attention to details such as chargers and baskets. Other visitors describe an organized store and staff willing to help make adjustments to medical equipment. For people comparing mobility scooters or planning larger home-access changes, Bischoff's combines a broad product selection with hands-on rental, service, and installation experience.
