Bikes Plus

Bikes Plus in Germantown is a locally owned bicycle shop with a strong focus on Specialized products and ongoing service. The Poplar Avenue store carries high-end bicycles as well as models for everyday riding, with accessories and a repair department supporting customers after they buy. Electric-bike owners can also seek warranty-related service, a useful feature when a repair involves manufacturer-backed components.

The workshop handles conventional and electric bicycles, including tune-ups and mechanical problems that arise with regular use. Customers mention Chad and Kevin for friendly explanations and knowledgeable help, with some describing repairs finished ahead of the expected schedule. That combination of technical ability and personal familiarity gives the shop a neighborhood feel despite its premium product range. Returning customers appreciate being recognized and having staff familiar with their equipment.

The Germantown location serves cyclists across the eastern Memphis area, offering a place to explore a Specialized bike and return for ongoing care. Its mix of warranty support, repairs, accessories, and sales creates continuity between choosing a bicycle and living with it. Bikes Plus is particularly relevant to riders who value a local relationship with the team maintaining their machine.
