Bike Tech

Bike Tech combines bicycle sales and workshop service in a neighborhood-sized shop near downtown Macon. Located at 909 2nd Street, the business works with riders using conventional bicycles as well as electric models. Its sales selection has included the Velotric Summit 1 e-bike, an option for shoppers exploring assisted pedaling alongside more familiar bikes.

The service counter handles practical cycling needs such as flat repairs and tube replacements, and staff also help riders with sizing and fitting. Those tasks can make a noticeable difference whether someone rides to work, takes a weekend route, or is choosing a bike for the first time. Bike Tech serves children and adults, so families can discuss different frame sizes and riding goals in one place. Customers with a particular e-bike issue should confirm repair scope for that model directly.

The 2nd Street location provides a convenient Macon drop-off point for customers living or working closer to the center of town. Rather than functioning as a motor-scooter dealership, Bike Tech remains a bicycle-focused operation with electric bicycles represented in its selection. The store’s telephone number is (478) 741-8356.
