Big Cock Bike Shop

Big Cock Bike Shop operates in West Des Moines' Valley Junction district from Sixth Street. Its stated range includes Norco and KTM bicycles, with parts, gear and service for riders seeking a neighborhood alternative to larger retail chains. Electric-bike relevance comes from advertised electric models and battery-related accessories, rather than from a motor-scooter business.

The repair side handles bicycles, while the sales selection includes practical items such as tires, tubes, saddles, lights, racks and computers. Customers with an e-bike should contact the shop about their make and electrical system before arranging specialized work. Someone considering an electric model can likewise ask what is on the floor and whether a battery configuration is available. Manufacturer catalogs are broader than any single store's inventory, so stock should not be assumed.

Its published information lists afternoon weekday opening and weekend hours, including Sunday, but visitors should verify the current schedule. The Valley Junction location makes the shop accessible to West Des Moines riders looking for parts or bicycle servicing. Gas scooter repairs and electric kick-scooter diagnostics are not clearly established by its published information.
