Around Town Bicycles Inc

Around Town Bicycles Inc operates on North Main Street in Wilkes-Barre, combining new and used bicycle sales with repair services. Electric bicycles are included in its selection, so customers interested in assisted riding can shop alongside people buying conventional bikes. The availability of used models gives budget-minded riders another way into cycling, while a neighborhood setting makes it practical to return for adjustments or maintenance questions.

Its service bench addresses common bicycle problems including brake adjustments, drivetrain repairs, wheel work, and scheduled tune-ups. Maintenance also extends to the electric bikes the business sells. Parts and accessories on hand support owners who want to outfit a bike or tackle routine upkeep themselves. Rather than separating e-bikes into a stand-alone business, the store treats them as part of its wider bicycle offering.

The shop serves Wilkes-Barre and other Wyoming Valley communities. Its published timetable includes a later Thursday closing as well as Saturday hours, which may suit customers unable to visit during a typical workday. Anyone arranging an e-bike repair should describe the model and problem beforehand to confirm that the team can handle the particular system.
