Allspeed Cyclery & Snow

Allspeed Cyclery & Snow is a Portland, Maine, bicycle and snow-sports retailer along the Brighton Avenue corridor. Its electric-bike selection emphasizes Specialized models, including the Turbo Vado family and lighter Vado SL options. These bikes address different riding preferences, from everyday commuting to fitness-oriented trips, while the business remains a cycling shop rather than a gasoline scooter dealership.

The source describes bicycle service, an e-bike trade-in relationship with Upway, and educational material that introduces several categories of electric riding. The shop also organizes a bike swap where certain working e-bikes may be accepted with their chargers and keys. Those programs can change seasonally, so shoppers should ask for current rules, eligible brands, and the process for getting a trade-in estimate.

The retailer serves Portland's Deering and Nasons Corner neighborhoods as well as nearby Westbrook and South Portland. Its listed number is (207) 878-8741 and the source provides [email protected] as a contact. Riders can request details about Specialized inventory, repair appointments, and which e-bike components the workshop can handle. Seasonal snow-sports activity may also influence store operations and staffing throughout the year.
