Urban E-Rides is a family-run electric bike shop at 629 South Apollo Boulevard in Melbourne, operated by owners Ken and Crystal. The store sells electric bikes from brands including Lectric and Velotric, with models such as the Lectric XP 4 and Velotric Nomad 2 in its lineup, and its staff handles service and warranty work on the e-bikes it carries. The shop’s sales approach centers on matching riders with models suited to commuting or recreation, and the service side supports those bikes after purchase. A parts selection covers common replacement needs for the brands on the floor. Urban E-Rides keeps midweek hours with a Saturday schedule for shoppers who cannot visit during the work week. The shop operates Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, closing Sunday and Monday. The shop can be reached at (321) 615-1328 or through urbaneridesllc.com for questions about e-bike models, service, or warranty support.
