Trek Bicycle Westerville is the official Trek retail store at 5985 Maxtown Rd in Westerville, serving communities just outside Columbus with the latest Trek and Bontrager products, bike rentals, and in-store clinics and events. The store advertises Bike and EBike Sales and Service with twenty-four-hour turnaround, and like other official Trek stores it sells e-bikes and services and tunes up bikes of any brand. Recent customer themes describe a bike prepped fast and within budget for the 2026 season, Patrick McGuire helping set up gravel bikes with informative guidance, and knowledgeable courteous staff with Josh helping load a bike. Named staff recur through what visitors write: Taylor, Sam, Blaine, Rob, Bodi, Josh, Devon, and Patrick McGuire. One rider credits a same-day rear-wheel fix that saved an Ohio-to-Erie Trail trip. The shop’s own profile quotes riders calling it the shop around for parts and service, noting quick repairs and on-site parking, with premium service packages like the Level One tune-up and Domane road-bike inventory. Hours run Monday through Friday eleven to seven, Saturday ten to six, Sunday noon to five.
