A Trek bicycle store in downtown Pontiac, this location sells Trek bikes including electric models, with a service department that works on any brand, plus parts, accessories and apparel. The shop is described as welcoming to new riders, with staff taking time to explain bike types, sizing and e-bike features. The service bench handles tune-ups, repairs and routine e-bike maintenance, and the parts selection supports at-home mechanics as well as shop repairs. Test rides help shoppers compare models before buying. Because the store takes in bikes regardless of brand, it serves as a general repair resource for the area beyond Trek owners. Riders considering an electric bike can evaluate Trek’s e-bike range in person, with staff available to discuss range, motor options and what ongoing maintenance an e-bike needs. The downtown location makes it a convenient stop for city commuters, and the shop stocks locks and lights for riders setting up a daily-use bike.
